The Changing Landscape of Maintenance Therapy in Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma: A Systematic Review With Network Meta‐Analysis of the European Myeloma Network (EMN)

Our meta‐analysis showed significant improvement of PFS with lenalidomide, proteasome inhibitors, and CD38‐based therapies. A significant OS benefit was noted only with lenalidomide in transplant‐eligible (TE) patients, while CD38‐directed therapy showed a trend toward improved OS.

Frailty Rather Than Age Increases the Risk of Infections in Patients With Inflammatory Bowel Disease Treated With Biologics: An Observational Retrospective Cohort Study

Frailty, rather than age alone, independently predicted infections in IBD patients receiving biologic therapy, with higher risks of both overall and severe infections. Routine frailty assessment may improve infection risk stratification and support more tailored management before and during treatment with biologics.
