A sulfated polysaccharide (SCP) from Cyclocarya paliurus alleviates ulcerative colitis by reshaping the gut microbiome. This remodeled microbiota orchestrates the upregulation of the host‐derived lipid 12‐HEPE, which directly inhibits the TLR4/NF‐κB pathway to suppress inflammation.

Integrative taxonomy of birds : Studies into the nature, origin and delimitation of species
Species are the basic currency in biodiversity studies but what constitutes a species has long been controversial. A major breakthough was the insight that most systematists agree that species are segments of population lineages, and that multiple lines ...

P3FI–90 treatment targets KDM3B, reshapes the epigenetic landscape, and suppresses SHP1 expression, thereby activating STING–TBK1–IRF3–type I IFN signaling pathway. Consequently, CD8+ T cells are recruited to the tumor site and activated to produce IFN–γ and GZMB, leading to the killing of TNBC cells.

SuFEx‐Enabled Reprogramming of Flavonoids for Selective α‐Glucosidase Covalent Inhibition
Selective inhibition of intestinal α‐glucosidase remains limited by poor enzyme specificity and off‐target metabolic effects. Here, SuFEx click chemistry is used to reprogram natural flavonoids into covalent inhibitors with enhanced α‐glucosidase selectivity and controlled reactivity. This strategy enables effective regulation of carbohydrate digestion
