ABSTRACT Managed aquifer recharge (MAR) is presented as a water management approach that fits well within the broad sustainability agenda. Three European MAR projects' outcomes were analyzed to assess how these projects interpret sustainability. This article argues that MAR projects are pushed to a narrow interpretation of sustainability by funder ...

Fuzzy Solutions of Fuzzy Fractional Parabolic Integro Differential Equations
This work primarily investigates the numerical solution of fuzzy fractional parabolic integro-differential equations of the Volterra type with the time derivative defined in the Caputo sense using the fuzzy Adomian decomposition method.

Solving Partial Integro-Differential Equations via Double Formable Transform
In this study, we present a new double integral transform called the double formable transform. Several properties and theorems related to existing conditions, partial derivatives, the double convolution theorem, and others are presented.

The obstacle problem for semilinear parabolic partial integro-differential equations
This paper presents a probabilistic interpretation for the weak Sobolev solution of the obstacle problem for semilinear parabolic partial integro-differential equations (PIDEs).

The findings indicate an application of a new method of expansion of the forms Z′/Z and 1/Z to determine the solutions for wave of the solitary nature in the 2+1-dimensional modified form for nonlinear integro-partial differential equations. By using this strategy, we acquired solutions of wave which has a solitary nature that have been solved for ...

A Peridynamic Framework for Modeling Progressive Failure in Porous Sandstone Indentation
ABSTRACT A state‐based peridynamic model is proposed to simulate the failure mechanisms in porous rocks, using Bentheim sandstone as a specific example. Experimental observations reveal a transition from brittle to ductile failure under increasing triaxial compression. This behavior is attributed to pore compaction. The peridynamic model is enhanced to

Forward equations for option prices in semimartingale models [PDF]
We derive a forward partial integro-differential equation for prices of call options in a model where the dynamics of the underlying asset under the pricing measure is described by a -possibly discontinuous- semimartingale. This result generalizes Dupire'

Non‐Markovian Exceptional Points in Waveguide Quantum Electrodynamics
Non‐Markovian waveguide‐QED systems exhibit dynamical transitions governed by exceptional points arising from retardation and interference. Giant atoms and spatially separated emitters display oscillatory relaxation and real zeros in the excited‐state amplitude at critical delay times.
