RLIM‐mediated SLC7A11 polyubiquitination is required for SPTBN2‐mediated trafficking and membrane localization of SLC7A11, which enables oligodendrocyte precursor cells to be resistant to ferroptosis and safeguards oligodendrocyte lineage progression and thus myelination.

Caspofungin heteroresistance is prevalent in clinical Candida glabrata isolates and depends on calcineurin‐mediated stress adaptation. This transient phenotype serves as a reservoir for resistance evolution, enabling the emergence of stable resistant descendants under prolonged drug pressure.

PFKFB4 Deubiquitination by USP10 Enhances Fumarate Metabolism to Orchestrate the KDM1A/Rad51 Axis and Confer Radioresistance in Lung Cancer

USP10 binds to and stabilizes PFKFB4, enhancing glycolytic ATP production, which activates the urea cycle and elevates fumarate. This inhibits histone demethylase KDM1A, leading to increased H3K4me1 enrichment at the Rad51 promoter and direct activation of Rad51 transcription, which confers lung cancer radioresistance. Multiscale Spatial Fusion Feature‐Driven Characterization of Gastric Cancer Invasive Margins: A Multicenter Cohort Study for Preoperative Accurate Differentiation Between T4a and T4b Subtypes

This study develops a multi‐dimensional vision Transformer‐based model, GAVR, to accurately distinguish gastric cancer T4a/b stages preoperatively. Validated across multi‐center cohorts, it achieves excellent performance and significantly improves radiologists’ diagnostic accuracy, offering a promising tool for clinical decision‐making.
