The Impact of Intellectual and Social Capital on the Competitiveness of Polish Regions

This article looks at competitiveness from a regional perspective (NUTS-2). After the establishment of indicators for regional competitiveness in Poland, social and intellectual capital, the relations among the three were analysed for the 16 Polish regions using 2SLS. GDP per head is positively affected by the level of competitiveness.
