Intelligent Agent for Collaborative Diagnosis
1998An agent-based approach to facilitating cooperative medical diagnosis is presented in this paper. Background work in computer supported cooperative work and medical informatics is first discussed. Relevant theory for interaction management is then considered. An agent-based interaction is then shown via a case study to facilitate cooperative diagnosis.

2001The client/server technology manages to carry and treat an ever increasing amount of data. However, it is poorly scalable and personalized, and it does not consider the topology of networks. In spite of many weaknesses and the lack of killer applications, multi-agent and mobile agent systems offer more flexibility and reduce network load.
