Investigation and Analysis of the Acceptance of the License Plate–Based Restriction Policy: A Case Study in Hangzhou, China

open access: yesJournal of Advanced Transportation
In order to better understand the factors that affect Hangzhou residents’ acceptance of the license plate–based restriction (LPR) policy, new factors such as fairness, family life cycle factors, and preacceptance of alternative measures were added to ...

Dammarenediol II enhances etoposide‐induced apoptosis by targeting O‐GlcNAc transferase and Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling in liver cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Etoposide induces DNA damage, activating p53‐dependent apoptosis via caspase‐3/7, which cleaves PARP1. Dammarenediol II enhances this apoptotic pathway by suppressing O‐GlcNAc transferase activity, further decreasing O‐GlcNAcylation. The reduction in O‐GlcNAc levels boosts p53‐driven apoptosis and influences the Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling pathway ...

RaMBat: Accurate identification of medulloblastoma subtypes from diverse data sources with severe batch effects

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
To integrate multiple transcriptomics data with severe batch effects for identifying MB subtypes, we developed a novel and accurate computational method named RaMBat, which leveraged subtype‐specific gene expression ranking information instead of absolute gene expression levels to address batch effects of diverse data sources.

A Hierarchical Control Framework for Coordinating CAV-Dedicated Lane Allocation and Signal Timing at Isolated Intersections in Mixed Traffic Environments

open access: yesJournal of Advanced Transportation
With the rapid development of connected and automated vehicles (CAVs), numerous studies have demonstrated that CAV-dedicated lanes (CAV-DLs) can significantly enhance traffic efficiency. However, most existing studies primarily focus on optimizing either

Antibiofilm activity of a chionodracine‐derived peptide by NMR‐based metabolomics of cell‐free supernatant of Acinetobacter baumannii clinical strains

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
KHS‐Cnd peptide is able to impair biofilm formation and disaggregate mature biofilms in Acinetobacter baumannii clinical isolates. Differences in extracellular metabolites reflect changes in biofilm metabolism due to KHS‐Cnd treatment. Among the differentially represented extracellular metabolites upon KHS‐Cnd treatment, the significantly altered ...

Phone‐vehicle trajectory matching framework based on ALPR and cellular signalling data

open access: yesIET Intelligent Transport Systems, 2021
With the advancement of positioning techniques, a large amount of trajectory data has been produced. Matching vehicles with mobile phones using different trajectories can benefit many applications, such as driving behaviour analysis and travel mode split.
