OBJETIVO: Evaluar la intensidad y la duración de los esfuerzos físicos en clases de Educación Física en la enseñanza básica y media. MÉTODOS: Estudio transversal de base escolar por medio de observación de 218 clases de Educación Física, incluyendo un total de 272 estudiantes (evaluados tres veces cada uno).
