A Smart and Highly Porous Hydrogel for Diabetic Wound Healing
A novel hydrogel comprising a dual‐crosslinked network of Poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) and Gum Arabic (GA) with superior mechanical and anti‐inflammatory properties is designed for advanced diabetic wound healing. Abstract Conventional hydrogels often suffer from poor mechanical strength, limited bioactivity, and uncontrolled therapeutic ...

This review focuses on the application of synthetic biodegradable microarray patches (MAPs) in sustained drug delivery. Compared to conventional MAPs which release drugs into the skin in an immediate manner, these implantable MAPs release drugs into skin microcirculation gradually as the biodegradable polymers degrade, thus offering sustained release ...

Loss of NR2F6 Protects from Salmonella Typhimurium Infection
Loss of nuclear receptor NR2F6 reduces tissue‐resident macrophage populations. Nr2f6‐deficient mice are protected from weight loss and bacterial load during infection with Salmonella Typhimurium. Pro‐inflammatory cytokines and iron levels are altered in infected Nr2f6‐deficient mice.

This study reveals a novel mechanistic connection between cancer and ischemia/reperfusion (I/R)‐induced cardiac injury. The meta‐analysis demonstrates significantly higher incidence ratios of both all‐cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality in cancer patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) compared to non‐cancer patients.
