1981New Brooklyn Lake is located in Camden County and drains the upper Great Egg Harbor River watershed. This is a fairly large watershed, with mixed land use. Residential and agricultural land uses dominate certain sub-basins, but much of the watershed is undeveloped lowlands, including some extensive swamps.
