Single Parent Learning Art Therapy for Teenager's Intention: Parent Learning Intention
2020 3rd International Conference on Education Technology Management, 2020This study adopted the Theory of Planed Behavior (TPB) (Ajzen, 1985; 1991) as the theoretical foundation. The reason was because the TPB can create better models to predict more complex and particular behavior patterns than general behavioral theories can.

Nursing Forum, 2017To use a concept analysis to determine a clear definition of the term "intentional learning" for use in nursing. The term intentional learning has been used for years in educational, business, and even nursing literature. It has been used to denote processes leading to higher order thinking and the ability to use knowledge in new situations; both of ...

Intentional Learning Procedures as Intention Revision Mechanisms
2010 Ninth Mexican International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, 2010By recovering some insights from a philosophical analysis about intentions we focus on intentions as plans writ large. Using this assumption we suggest proof of how an existing implementation of BDI learning procedures works as an intention revision mechanism as suggested in an abstract specification.

Intentional learning in an intentional world
Proceedings of the 17th annual international conference on Computer documentation, 1999How do we support successful, lifelong learners and performers and help them competently respond to rapidly changing opportunities in the 21st century. The answer to this challenging question lies in how well we consider diverse sources for successful learning and explain audiences differentiated by individual learning differences.

Intentional Control and Implicit Sequence Learning.
Journal of Experimental Psychology: Learning, Memory, and Cognition, 2004Sequence knowledge acquired by repeated exposure to targets in a speeded localization task was studied in 3 experiments that sought to test A. Destrebecqz and A. Cleeremans's (2001, 2003) claim that, under certain circumstances, the expression of such sequence knowledge cannot be brought under intentional control.

Intention in motor learning through observation
Quarterly Journal of Experimental Psychology, 2006The purpose of this experiment was to assess whether learning an action through observation is enhanced by the intention to reproduce the observed behaviour. Two groups of participants observed a model practise a timing task and performed a 24-hour delayed retention test.

Intentional Online Learning Plans
2005The literature suggests a strong tie between literacy and job security; education and poverty. We know that those with higher literacy skills are able to participate more fully in the economy and society (Crichton & Kinsel, 2001, p. 46).

Selective learning enabled by intention to learn in sequence learning
Psychological Research, 2011This study investigated whether a target sequence that people intend to learn is learned selectively when it is interleaved with another (non-target) sequence. Three experiments used a serial reaction time task in which different spatial and color stimuli occurred alternately.
