We carry out a statistical analysis of galaxy pairs selected from chemical hydrodynamical simulations with the aim at assessing the capability of hierarchical scenarios to reproduce recent observational results for galaxies in pairs.

In this paper we investigate the effect of weak tidal interactions among galaxies in clusters. We obtain the Fokker-Planck coefficients for this process by making use of the impulse approximation. We assume that the outer regions of a galaxy are well described by isotropically distributed stellar orbits with small angular momenta.

This study investigates the anti‐cancer effects of pterostilbene (PTS), a naturally occurring dietary phytoestrogen, in a rat model of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) induced by a choline‐deficient L‐amino acid‐defined (CDAA) diet.
