Environmental Drivers of Ganoderma resinaceum and Ganoderma enigmaticum Mycelial Growth on Malted Sorghum and Associated Changes in Antioxidant Activity and Mineral Composition: Implications for Pito Bio‐Enrichment

Cultivation of Ganoderma resinaceum and Ganoderma enigmaticum on malted sorghum at 30°C in the dark with a 6% to 8% inoculum led to accelerated mycelial colonization, increased biomass yield, greater antioxidant activity, and improved mineral enrichment, indicating potential for pito bio‐enrichment.
