Influence of Package Parasitic Parameters on Transient Current Distribution of Paralleled IGBT Chips

open access: yesZhongguo dianli, 2019
High power IGBT usually use multiple chips in parallel to achieve large current. The consistency of the dynamic and static current distribution of parallel chips is essential to improve the current level and reliability of devices. At first, the ...

PANoptosis in the pathogenesis of myelodysplastic syndromes

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PANoptosis, a combination of three types of programmed cell death, is mediated by a large protein complex called a PANoptosome. In healthy bone marrow hematopoietic cells, PANoptosis is restricted by inhibitory signaling. In MDS, bone marrow cells become sensitive to the PANoptotic stimuli due to the aberrant inactivation of inhibitory signaling or ...

A Sophisticated Method of the Mechanical Design of Cable Accessories Focusing on Interface Contact Pressure

open access: yesEnergies, 2020
The most critical positions of a prefabricated cable accessory, from the electrical point of view, are the interfaces between the stress cone and its surroundings.

Somatostatin receptor 4 (SSTR4) is a tumor suppressor in cutaneous and head & neck squamous cell carcinomas

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study identifies somatostatin receptor 4 (Sstr4) as a critical tumor suppressor against skin and head/neck cancers (HNSCC, cSCC, and BCC). The loss of Sstr4 removes a check on cell growth, causing hyperactivation of the MAPK‐ERK signaling pathway (↑).

ADP‐ribosylation: An emerging regulator of the epigenome

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
ADP‐ribosylation has emerged as a dynamic epigenetic signaling mechanism that modifies histones and chromatin‐associated proteins. Through coordinated PARylation and MARylation, it integrates with other histone modifications to regulate chromatin structure, transcription factor activity, and gene expression, influencing genome function and disease ...

4.5kV FRD Development for high current power modules

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences, 2018
A 4.5kV/100A FRD was designed by simulation, which had optimized carrier density distribute cell and ruggedness terminal. The cell was composed of P-body/N-sub/N+ layers, when the P-body doping concentration is lower, the carrier density distribution on ...

The interconnection problem

open access: yesJournal of Computer and System Sciences, 1993
The problem of interconnecting circuit modules in microprocessor and digital system design is studied. Data transfers are described by sets \(T_ i\) of directed edges between the modules, for \(1\leq i\leq m\) time steps. An interconnecting schema, where data transfers are assigned to buses, consists of links between modules and buses.

Pharmacological inhibition of the PERK pathway modulates hepatocellular carcinoma growth and immune signaling

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...
