Set-to-Set Disjoint Path Routing in Bijective Connection Graphs

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2022
The bijective connection graph encompasses a family of cube-based topologies, and $n$ -dimensional bijective connection graphs include the hypercube and almost all of its variants with the order $2^{n}$ and the degree $n$ .

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

The generalized 3-connectivity of burnt pancake graphs and godan graphs

open access: yesAKCE International Journal of Graphs and Combinatorics, 2023
The generalized k-connectivity of a graph G, denoted by [Formula: see text] is the minimum number of internally edge disjoint S-trees for any [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] The generalized k-connectivity is a natural extension of the ...

Nanotube-interconnected liposome networks

open access: yesNano Communication Networks, 2011
Tunneling phospholipid nanotubes between animal cells have recently been identified as a major building block in an important fundamental mechanism of cell-to-cell communication. In order to gain deeper understanding of this interaction and other micro- and nanoscale phenomena connected to material transport and communication in the living world, cell ...

Developmental programmes drive cellular plasticity, disease progression and therapy resistance in lung adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Computer network interconnection

open access: yesComputer Networks (1976), 1977
Abstract This report examines the current situation regarding the interconnection of computer networks, especially packet switched networks (PSNs). Four major types of interconnections are surveyed: 1. 1. Circuit Switched Network to PSN 2. 2. Star Network to PSN 3. 3. Simple Terminal to PSN 4. 4.

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Interconnection networks for parallel and distributed computing [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
Parallel computers are generally either shared-memory machines or distributed- memory machines. There are currently technological limitations on shared-memory architectures and so parallel computers utilizing a large number of processors tend tube ...

On the relation between network throughput and delay curves

open access: yesAutomatika, 2020
The theoretical background of network throughput and delay has been widely used in the previous studies to efficiently study the behaviour of different interconnection networks.
