This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Completely Independent Spanning Trees on Some Interconnection Networks
Let T1,T2, . . . ,Tk be spanning trees in a graph G. If, for any two vertices u, v of G, the paths joining u and v on the k trees are mutually vertex-disjoint, then T1,T2, . . . ,Tk are called completely independent spanning trees (CISTs for short) of G.

Design of Optimal Sparse Interconnection Graphs for Synchronization of Oscillator Networks [PDF]
We study the optimal design of a conductance network as a means for synchronizing a given set of oscillators. Synchronization is achieved when all oscillator voltages reach consensus, and performance is quantified by the mean-square deviation from the ...

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Computer network interconnection
Abstract This report examines the current situation regarding the interconnection of computer networks, especially packet switched networks (PSNs). Four major types of interconnections are surveyed: 1. 1. Circuit Switched Network to PSN 2. 2. Star Network to PSN 3. 3. Simple Terminal to PSN 4. 4.

Nanotube-interconnected liposome networks
Tunneling phospholipid nanotubes between animal cells have recently been identified as a major building block in an important fundamental mechanism of cell-to-cell communication. In order to gain deeper understanding of this interaction and other micro- and nanoscale phenomena connected to material transport and communication in the living world, cell ...

PANoptosis in the pathogenesis of myelodysplastic syndromes
PANoptosis, a combination of three types of programmed cell death, is mediated by a large protein complex called a PANoptosome. In healthy bone marrow hematopoietic cells, PANoptosis is restricted by inhibitory signaling. In MDS, bone marrow cells become sensitive to the PANoptotic stimuli due to the aberrant inactivation of inhibitory signaling or ...
