Tailoring CuOx Films via Open‐Air Spatial Atomic Layer Deposition and Their Application in Room‐Temperature Humidity Sensing

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
Single‐step deposition, doping, and phase control. Copper oxide (CuOx) thin films are deposited in open air using atmospheric‐pressure spatial atomic layer deposition (AP‐SALD) with phase composition and electrical properties that can be tuned by the deposition temperature and copper (Cu) precursor flow rate.

Time‐Resolved Intrinsic and Extrinsic Photoresponse of Colloidal Short‐Wavelength Infrared‐Active Indium Antimonide Quantum Dot Photodetectors

open access: yesSmall Science, EarlyView.
The authors report chlorine (Cl) surface engineering of colloidal indium antimonide (InSb) quantum dots (QDs), which are active at 1560 nm, and an investigation of the intrinsic and extrinsic photoresponse time (τIn and tEx) of InSb‐Cl QD photodetectors. Asynchronous optical sampling (ASOPS) is demonstrated to study τIn.

Discrimination of Tryptophan Enantiomers at Sub‐pm Level by Multiparametric Analysis of a Label‐Free Organic Immunosensor

open access: yesSmall Methods, EarlyView.
Multiparametric analysis is a crucial aspect for enhancing the final sensitivity of biosensors based on organic transistors. The traditional approaches to treat the experimental data are not always suitable to extract the correct response. In this work EGOT characteristics are processed to achieve enantiodiscrimination of free Tryptophan enantiomers ...
