Interface crack and nonideal interface concept (Mode III)
International Journal of Fracture, 2001Asymptotic behaviour of displacements and stresses in a vicinity of the interface crack tip situated on a nonideal interface between two different elastic materials is investigated. The nonideal interface is described by special transmission conditions along the material bonding.

Mode III interface crack propagation
Engineering Fracture Mechanics, 1989Abstract The asymptotic stress and displacement fields of a propagating interface crack under mode III conditions are determined by using the eigenfunction expansion technique. It is found that the well-known square root singularity is unchanged. A moving interface crack of constant length with constant speed is used as a simple illustrative example.

Interface cracks in bimaterial systems
1981Having treated materials with nonhomogeneities that are continuous functions of the space variables, it is natural to inquire into nonhomogeneities of a discrete nature. The simplest system of this kind is a bimaterial composite made of two homogeneous isotropic bodies with cracks prevailing at the interface.
