Endometrial Epithelial Lactate Deficiency Drives CD8+ T‐Cells Dysregulation in Unexplained Recurrent Implantation Failure

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Unexplained recurrent implantation failure (RIF) represents a significant clinical challenge. Our results demonstrate that reduced lactate production in the RIF endometrium impairs the suppression of cytotoxic CD8+ T‑cells, allowing their proliferation and thereby disrupting the local immune balance essential for successful embryo implantation.

Nanozymes for Liver Disease Therapy: Advances in Catalytic Activity, Targeting Strategies, and Clinical Translation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Nanozymes, as enzyme‐mimicking nanomaterials, exhibit unique catalytic properties for the treatment of liver diseases. By regulating redox homeostasis, modulating immune responses, and enabling targeted delivery, nanozymes overcome the limitations of natural enzymes.

Post‐Translational Regulation of CD8+ T Cell Fate and Dysfunction in Tumor Immunity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This review delineates how post‐translational modifications (PTMs) function as a central regulatory interface governing CD8+ T cell activation, differentiation, persistence, and exhaustion in antitumor immunity. By integrating antigenic, metabolic, and microenvironmental cues, diverse PTM programs coordinate transcriptional and chromatin states that ...

Programmable RNA N6,2´‐O‐Dimethyladenosine Editing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT N6,2’‐O‐dimethyladenosine (m6Am) is a prevalent RNA modification located at the first transcribed nucleotide adjacent to the 5′ cap of mRNAs, where it has been implicated in gene regulation. However, the lack of methods for precise, transcript‐specific manipulation of m6Am has limited its functional dissection.

Interaction of PEGylated interferon-beta with antibodies to recombinant interferon-beta

International Immunopharmacology, 2018
Because PEGylated molecules exhibit different physicochemical properties from those of the parent molecules, PEGylated interferonβ-1a (pegIFNβ-1a) may be able to be used with retained bioactivity in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patients who have previously developed neutralizing antibodies (NABs) to recombinant interferonβ (rIFNβ).
