Optimal Trained Hybrid Classifier for Border Gateway Protocol Anomaly Detection
International Journal of Swarm Intelligence Research, 2022Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) anomalies have interrupted network connection on a large scale, henceforth; recognizing them is of very important. Machine learning algorithms play a vital role in detecting the BGP anomalies in network.

Review of Interior Gateway Routing Protocols
2019 15th International Conference on Electronics, Computer and Computation (ICECCO), 2019Communication technology facilitates provision of such services as file transferring, print sharing, video streaming. Internet is a global system of interconnected networks. Computer communication networks are based on a technology that provides the technical infrastructure, where routing protocols are used to transmit packets across the internet ...

Study on network performance of interior gateway protocols — RIP, EIGRP and OSPF
2017 International Conference on Nextgen Electronic Technologies: Silicon to Software (ICNETS2), 2017Background/Objective: Interior gateway protocols are used for communication between devices in an organizational network. The setup which includes routers, switches and hosts is simulated in GNS3 software to represent a complex real time enterprise level network. Each protocol is implemented in the designed topology.

On the Internet routing protocol Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol: is it optimal?
International Transactions in Operational Research, 2006Cisco's proprietary routing protocol, EIGRP (Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol) is one of the two most widely employed routing protocols in the Internet. The underlying algorithm is reputed to be optimal with respect to the EIGRP metric. We construct a counterexample to illustrate that it is not optimal.

Traditional IP based networks, Frame Relay and ATM networks have many disadvantages in the management operation of large networks such as cost, security, scalability and flexibility. To solve this, an MPLS-based VPN networking is introduced that can work with existing deployed backbones and allow organizations to interconnect the dispersed sites and ...
