Identification on Sorbite Structure in 82A High Carbon Steel Wire

open access: yesTeshugang, 2010
In standard YB/T169-2000, it is defined that the percentage of sorbite in structure of high carbon steel is measured based on the difference structure between bright and dark under optical microscope.

Engineering Layered Magnetic Hydrogels for Cell Placement via Shear and Magnetic Field‐Induced Assembly

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, Volume 38, Issue 44, 7 August 2026.
Magnetic particles are organized into layered architectures by combining shear flow and magnetic fields, with the resulting structures governed by appropriate Mason numbers. The programmed assemblies provide spatial guidance for cell placement, linking field‐controlled self‐assembly, flow‐induced structuring and biological organization.

Nursing and Feeding of Asian Seabass (Lates calcarifer) for Freshwater Aquaculture Systems

open access: yesAquaculture, Fish and Fisheries, Volume 6, Issue 4, August 2026.
ABSTRACT Asian seabass (Lates calcarifer) is a commercially important euryhaline species capable of tolerating a wide range of salinities. It is widely cultured in coastal and brackish‐water environments; however, information on its adaptation and performance under freshwater conditions remains limited.

Conjunctival Sac‐Derived Lactobacillus mucosae MM‐1 Metabolite Indole‐3‐Lactic Acid Attenuates Lens‐Induced Myopia in Mice via AHR Activation and TGF‐β/Smad Inhibition

open access: yesMicrobial Biotechnology, Volume 19, Issue 8, August 2026.
This study proposes a ‘conjunctival sac microecology‐metabolite‐scleral remodelling’ regulatory axis, highlighting the potential role of conjunctival sac microbiota in maintaining ocular surface health and regulating lens‐induced myopia in mice, providing an important theoretical foundation for the development of microbiome‐based interventions for ...

New Insights into CO2 Adsorption on Layered Double Hydroxide (LDH)-Based Nanomaterials

open access: yesNanoscale Research Letters, 2018
The interlamellar spacing of layered double hydroxides (LDHs) was enlarged by dodecyl sulfonate ions firstly, and then, (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (APS) was chemically grafted (APS/LDHs).

Stability of a Lamellar Structure – Effect of the True Interlamellar Spacing on the Durability of a Pearlite Colony / Stabilność Struktury Płytkowej – Wpływ Rzeczywistej Odległości Międzypłytkowej Na Trwałość Kolonii Perlitu

open access: yesArchives of Metallurgy and Materials, 2015
A lamellar microstructure is, beside a granular and dispersive one, the most frequently observed microstructure in the case of metal alloys. The most well-known lamellar microstructure is pearlite, a product of a eutectoidal transformation in the Fe-Fe3C
