Hydroxide Mobility in Aqueous Systems: Combining Ab Initio Accuracy with Millisecond Timescales
Small, EarlyView.A multiscale simulation strategy for hydroxide transport in aqueous potassium hydroxide is presented, integrating ab initio molecular dynamics with force field and Monte Carlo methods. The approach links femtosecond‐scale hydrogen‐bond dynamics to millisecond‐scale diffusion while maintaining near‐ab initio accuracy.
