Multi-Head Attention (MHA) is the core computational primitive underlying modern Large Language Models (LLMs). However, MHA suffers from a fundamental linear scaling limitation: $H$ attention heads produce exactly $H$ independent attention matrices, with no communication between heads during attention computation.

The paper presents a modification of the interleaver used to construct Parallel Concatenated Block (PCB) codes with flexible lengths. This is accomplished for PCB codes whose interleaved message blocks have at most two bits of a message block.
