Synthesis of SmFe5 intermetallic compound
The SmFe5 intermetallic compound was synthesized using the melt-spinning technique. A TEM study revealed that the as-rapidly quenched SmFe5 melt-spun ribbon consisted of fine SmFe5 grains.
