The graphical abstract illustrates the prelithiation of Si‐ based anodes via physical vapor deposition. At practically high prelithiation degrees, the Li is not homogeneously distributed any more, leading to local Li agglomerates and Si with higher lithiation degree. This study focuses on prelithiation of high‐capacity Si electrodes (11.9 mAh cm−2) via
