Modal and Vibration Analysis of Filter System in Petrochemical Plant
Filter systems are widely used in petrochemical plants for removing solid impurities from hydrocarbon oils. The backwash is the cleaning process used to remove the impurities on the sieves of the filters without a need to interrupt the operation of the ...

Internal Combustion Engines [PDF]
Internal combustion engines can fill the role of rotating a propeller or main rotor, being the baseline powerplant approach from the early days of powered flight. Cycle analyses for spark-ignition and compression-ignition piston engine variants are presented in this chapter. The rotary engine approach as a competitive alternative is discussed.

Based on a previously reported binuclear Cu(II) phenanthroline catalyst, a structurally modified version with enhanced stability for electrochemical reduction of CO2 is developed. The second‐generation system allows for stable operation in an MEA electrolyzer with a Faradaic efficiency of >70% for C2 products at elevated current densities.
