Interpolation revisited.

open access: yesIEEE transactions on medical imaging, 2000
Based on the theory of approximation, this paper presents a unified analysis of interpolation and resampling techniques. An important issue is the choice of adequate basis functions. We show that, contrary to the common belief, those that perform best are not interpolating.

Recent Crustal Deformation Based on Interpolation of GNSS Velocity in Continental China

open access: yesRemote Sensing, 2020
We used the interpolation method of two-dimensional vector velocity field data based on Green’s function to conduct coupled interpolation with a Poisson’s ratio of 0.5 for 1966 horizontal velocity field data from 1999 to 2017 and obtained the uniform ...

The use of singlebeam echo‐sounder depth data to produce demersal fish distribution models that are comparable to models produced using multibeam echo‐sounder depth

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, 2021
Seafloor characteristics can help in the prediction of fish distribution, which is required for fisheries and conservation management. Despite this, only 5%–10% of the world's seafloor has been mapped at high resolution, as it is a time‐consuming and ...

T2* Magnetic Resonance Imaging Uncovers Hemosiderin Burden in Pediatric Hemophilia: A Call for Sensitive Imaging Biomarkers

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Hemophilic arthropathy remains the leading morbidity in hemophilia despite modern prophylaxis, and early joint damage may be missed by routine exams. This study explored T2* MRI as a noninvasive biomarker of hemosiderin deposition in pediatric hemophilia.

A study of interpolation method in diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome

open access: yesAnnals of Indian Academy of Neurology, 2013
Context: The low correlation between the patients′ signs and symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) and results of electrodiagnostic tests makes the diagnosis challenging in mild cases.

Interpolation, dés-interpolation, ré-interpolation

open access: yes, 2021
