Interpolating sequences on plane domains [PDF]

open access: yesKodai Mathematical Journal, 1990
The author proves two results on interpolating sequences for \(H^{\infty}(D)\), where D is an open set in \({\mathbb{C}}\). The first states that an interpolating sequence can be characterized in terms of its local behaviour. Second gives a characterization of interpolating sequences if D is a domain satisfying certain geometric conditions.

Therapeutic strategies for MMAE‐resistant bladder cancer through DPP4 inhibition

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We established monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE)‐resistant bladder cancer (BC) cell lines by exposure to progressively increasing concentrations of MMAE in vitro. RNA sequencing showed DPP4 expression was increased in MMAE‐resistant BC cells. Both si‐DPP4 and the DPP4 inhibitor sitagliptin suppressed the viability of MMAE‐resistant BC cells.

Umbral Interpolation: A Survey

open access: yesMathematics
A survey on recent umbral polynomial interpolation is presented. Some new results are given, following a matrix-determinant approach. Some theoretical and numerical examples are provided.

A unified interpolation stencil for ghost-cell immersed boundary method for flow around complex geometries

open access: yesJournal of Fluid Science and Technology, 2017
We propose a unified interpolation stencil that is used for a ghost-cell immersed boundary method to satisfy wall boundary conditions in Cartesian-based numerical simulation of fluid flow with complex boundaries.

Infrared laser sampling of low volumes combined with shotgun lipidomics reveals lipid markers in palatine tonsil carcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming and confer resistance to targeted therapies

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.
