Plane domains with harmonic interpolating sequences which are not interpolating sequences [PDF]
Let \(D\) be a domain in the complex plane \(\mathbb C\). Let \(A\) denote either the space \(h^\infty(D)\) of all bounded harmonic functions in \(D\) or the space \(H^\infty(D)\) of all bounded holomorphic functions in \(D\). A sequence \((z_n)\) in \(D\) is called an \(A\)-interpolating sequence (say \((z_n)\in \mathcal I(A)\)), if for every bounded ...

Image Sequence Interpolation Using Optimal Control [PDF]
The problem of the generation of an intermediate image between two given images in an image sequence is considered. The problem is formulated as an optimal control problem governed by a transport equation. This approach bears similarities with the Horn \& Schunck method for optical flow calculation but in fact the model is quite different.

Crosstalk between the ribosome quality control‐associated E3 ubiquitin ligases LTN1 and RNF10
Loss of the E3 ligase LTN1, the ubiquitin‐like modifier UFM1, or the deubiquitinating enzyme UFSP2 disrupts endoplasmic reticulum–ribosome quality control (ER‐RQC), a pathway that removes stalled ribosomes and faulty proteins. This disruption may trigger a compensatory response to ER‐RQC defects, including increased expression of the E3 ligase RNF10 ...

INVESTIGATION OF SIGNALS DISTORTION DURING INTERPOLATION IN SDR TRANSMITTERS WITH QPSK MODULATION
: Software-defined radio (SDR) allows using software to set or modify working radio frequency parameters: communication standard, frequency range, modulation type, output power, etc. An interpolator is an integral part of the transmitter, which increases

Interpolating sequences on curves
Let D be the unit disc or the upper half plane in the complex plane. A sequence \(\{z_ n\}\) in D is said to be separated, uniformly separated, consecutively separated (respectively) if \[ (i)\quad \inf_{n\neq m}\chi (z_ n,z_ m)>0;\quad (ii)\quad \inf_{n}\prod_{k=1,k\neq n}\chi (z_ n,z_ k)>0; \] \[ (iii)\quad \inf_{n}\chi (z_ n,z_{n+1})>0\quad ...

Multidrug transporters BpeB and BpeF from the Gram‐negative pathogen Burkholderia pseudomallei have a hydrophilic patch in their substrate‐binding pocket. Drug susceptibility tests and growth curve analyses using an Escherichia coli recombinant expression system revealed that the hydrophilic patches of BpeB and BpeF are involved in the substrate ...

The newfound relationship between extrachromosomal DNAs and excised signal circles
Extrachromosomal DNAs (ecDNAs) contribute to the progression of many human cancers. In addition, circular DNA by‐products of V(D)J recombination, excised signal circles (ESCs), have roles in cancer progression but have largely been overlooked. In this Review, we explore the roles of ecDNAs and ESCs in cancer development, and highlight why these ...

A Constraint-Based Approach to Visual Speech for a Mexican-Spanish Talking Head
A common approach to produce visual speech is to interpolate the parameters describing a sequence of mouth shapes, known as visemes, where a viseme corresponds to a phoneme in an utterance.

Non-Parametric Signal Interpolation
This paper considers the problem of interpolation (smoothing) of a partially observable Markov random sequence. For the dynamic observation models, an equation for the interpolation of the posterior probability density is derived.
