Wave space interpretation of scattered ultrasound
Wave space is described nonmathematically for design and interpretation of ultrasound scattering experiments. By considering ultrasound scattering from a variety of targets and geometries, the wave space approach is shown to describe target characteristics in terms of spatial frequencies and their amplitudes.

ABSTRACT Claudin‐6 has emerged as a promising immunotherapeutic target, yet protein‐level data in atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumors (AT/RTs) have been inconsistent. We analyzed 36 well‐characterized AT/RT samples and found membranous claudin‐6 protein expression in 58% of cases, with striking enrichment in the molecular subgroup AT/RT‐TYR (100%) and ...

ABSTRACT Introduction Pre‐dilution online hemodiafiltration (Pre‐HDF) is predominantly used in Japan, whereas post‐dilution online HDF (Post‐HDF) is more common in Europe. An asymmetric cellulose triacetate (ATA) membrane may improve biocompatibility.

Revealing the structure of land plant photosystem II: the journey from negative‐stain EM to cryo‐EM
Advances in cryo‐EM have revealed the detailed structure of Photosystem II, a key protein complex driving photosynthesis. This review traces the journey from early low‐resolution images to high‐resolution models, highlighting how these discoveries deepen our understanding of light harvesting and energy conversion in plants.

Density‐dependent space use affects interpretation of camera trap detection rates
Camera traps (CTs) are an increasingly popular tool for wildlife survey and monitoring. Estimating relative abundance in unmarked species is often done using detection rate as an index of relative abundance, which assumes that detection rate has a ...

On Ontological Alternatives to Bohmian Mechanics
The article describes an interpretation of the mathematical formalism of standard quantum mechanics in terms of relations. In particular, the wave function ψ(x) is interpreted as a complex-valued relation between an entity (often called &ldquo ...
