Interrupted-sampling repeater jamming (ISRJ) is a new kind of coherent jamming for linear frequency modulation (LFM) signals. Based on digital radio frequency memory (DRFM), ISRJ can generate multiple false target groups by intercepting, storing, and ...

ABSTRACT Objectives The Oral Health Impact Profile (OHIP) is the most widely used instrument to measure the subjective impact of oral conditions. This study reports the shortening and psychometric evaluation of an ultra‐short version (OHIP‐7A) from the OHIP‐14 in a large national Australian population.

We raised fall field crickets in acoustic environments of silence, their own song, traffic noise, or the song of the recently introduced Japanese burrowing cricket and measured development, size, and adult survival. We found that crickets reared with burrowing cricket song developed more quickly than crickets reared in silence.

ABSTRACT This article provides one of the first broad reviews of global research on public opinion regarding the age of criminal responsibility (ACR) alongside findings from a small‐scale exploratory survey of adults in England and Wales. Reviewed studies show strong support for raising the ACR across regions like Scotland, Australia, Hong Kong and ...

Tactical Satellite (TacSat) feasibility study a scenario driven approach [PDF]
The objective of this project was to examine the feasibility of developing a tactically controlled, operationally responsive satellite system. A specific mission scenario, the Philippine Sea Scenario, was chosen to guide and bound the analysis.

Suppression of Interrupted-sampling Repeater Jamming Based on Matched Filtering Features
Transmit coherence synthesis of the target of interest is crucial for achieving full coherence in distributed coherent aperture radars. Interrupted-Sampling Repeater Jamming (ISRJ) in the coherent parameter estimation phase poses great difficulties in ...

Efficient filter design against interrupted sampling repeater jamming for wideband radar [PDF]
Interrupted sampling repeater jamming (ISRJ) is an effective coherent jamming, which can induce false high-resolution range profile (HRRP) and image to greatly complicate the target detection and recognition of wideband radar. To counter ISRJ, an efficient filter is designed based on the time-frequency (TF) characteristic differences between target ...
