The Effects of Cosmic-Ray Protons on Galactic Nonthermal Filaments
The Galactic center (GC) contains a collection of filaments that are typically tens of parsecs in length, illuminated by synchrotron radiation from cosmic rays (CRs). The origin of these nonthermal filaments (NTFs) is unclear.

Recovering 3D Magnetic Turbulence from Single-frequency Faraday Screens
Statistics of polarized synchrotron radiation carry information about the properties of the underlying turbulence. We consider a setup in which synchrotron radiation is emitted in a distant volume and then passes through a turbulent screen that induces ...

First Detection of Circular Polarization in Radio Continuum Toward a Massive Protostar
Polarization measurements provide strong constraints on magnetic fields in star-forming systems. While magnetic field estimates of a few kG have been obtained near the surfaces of low-mass protostars, there are no analogous measurements in the immediate ...

Particle Acceleration and Depolarization in the Protostellar Jet Knots HH 80 and HH 81
Linearly polarized emission is a powerful tracer of magnetic field geometry and particle acceleration in protostellar jets. We present a polarimetric study of the Herbig–Haro (HH) objects HH 80 and HH 81, where nonthermal emission has been confirmed ...

Context. Large dust grains in thermal equilibrium dominate the far-infrared emission of star-forming galaxies and substantially contribute to their millimetre continuum. Constraining dust properties in this regime is challenging due to contamination from

The Radio and Microwave Sky as Seen by Juno on its Mission to Jupiter
We present six nearly full-sky maps made from data taken by radiometers on the Juno satellite during its 5 yr flight to Jupiter. The maps represent integrated emission over ∼4% passbands spaced approximately in octaves between 600 MHz and 21.9 GHz.
