Accuracy of Key Sonographic Markers for Juxta‐Articular Fractures

open access: yesJournal of Ultrasound in Medicine, Volume 45, Issue 11, Page 2487-2498, November 2026.
Objectives To systematically evaluate sonographic features of long bone juxta‐articular fractures and identify key diagnostic predictors using machine learning‐based feature selection. Methods This prospective single‐center diagnostic accuracy study enrolled 121 patients with clinically suspected juxta‐articular fractures.

Impact of Dupilumab Therapy on Skin Barrier Function in Patients With Moderate‐to‐Severe Atopic Dermatitis: A Phase IV, Non‐Randomized, Open‐Label, Parallel‐Group Clinical Study

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 7, Issue 11, November 2026.
This 16‑week study assessed impact of dupilumab on skin barrier function in patients with moderate‑to‑severe atopic dermatitis (AD). Tape‑stripped stratum corneum samples for multi‑omic profiling, alongside transepidermal water loss measurements, were collected from lesional/non‑lesional AD skin and healthy controls at seven time points.

DBS‐Based Hydrophobic Nonionic Supramolecular Eutectogels: Bridging Molecular Insights to Water Remediation

open access: yesChemistryOpen, Volume 15, Issue 11, November 2026.
Hydrophobic eutectogels exploit supramolecular confinement to tune molecular mobility, mechanics, and sorption. By correlating these features with extraction performance, this work identifies TOPO‐based eutectogels as the most effective sorbents, achieving efficient bisphenol A removal while minimizing component leaching.
