Four‐Year Cognitive Outcomes in Multiple Sclerosis: Associations With Lesion Myelin Integrity
ABSTRACT Objectives Cognitive impairment is prevalent in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) but whether lesion myelin integrity influences future cognitive outcomes remains unclear. We investigated the relationship between baseline lesion myelin water fraction (MWF) and cognitive performance 4 years later.

Stability Of Square Interval Matrices For Discrete Time Systems [PDF]
New sufficient conditions for the Schur stability of interval matrices are provided. Moreover, a time saving version of a necessary and sufficient condition for the Schur stability of a class of interval matrices is introduced.

Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a rare autoimmune disease defined by immune dysregulation, vasculopathy, and progressive fibrosis of the skin and internal organs. Despite advances in care, major complications such as interstitial lung disease (ILD) and myocardial involvement remain the leading causes of morbidity and mortality.

In this paper, we propose a novel method for analyzing the stability of Kharitonov polynomials by focusing on the characteristic polynomials of uncertain interval matrices of various orders.

Classes of Interval Digraphs and 0,1-Matrices
We consider a hierarchy of four classes of interval digraphs, or equivalently four classes of 0,1-matrics. We provide forbidden submatrix characterizations separating the successive classes.

Objective Race and household income impact outcomes in patients with rheumatic conditions; however, their role in pediatric antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)–associated vasculitis (AAV) remains poorly understood. We aimed to evaluate whether race and ethnicity and household income are associated with severe AAV disease and renal outcomes among

Intervals of almost totally positive matrices
The author shows that a stronger form of the total nonnegativity is preserved on matrix intervals with respect to the chequerboard partial ordering on the real nonsingular matrices. The analogous question for totally nonnegative matrices seems to remain open since 1996.

Objective JAK inhibitors (JAKi) have shown promising effects in early‐phase studies of systemic sclerosis (SSc). We aimed to assess the safety and explore the effectiveness of JAKi compared to conventional immunosuppressants in SSc. Methods A longitudinal retrospective study of the European Scleroderma Trials and Research Group (EUSTAR) cohort was ...

Eigenvalue bounds and Perron-Frobenius theory for nonnegative or positive interval matrices
This paper introduces two classes of regular interval matrices and establishes intervals that either include or exclude the real eigenvalues of positive interval matrices.
