Robust fuzzy tracking control of a quad-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle based on sector linearization and interval matrix approaches.

ISA transactions, 2018
In this paper, the robust H∞ fuzzy tracking control strategy for a quad-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) with strong coupling and highly nonlinear is put forward based on the Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy error model.

The Lambdoma matrix and harmonic intervals

IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Magazine, 1999
We are trying to reconstruct some of the laws of music by exploring the nature of the Lambdoma diagram of harmonic whole-number ratios. We hypothesize that the effects of this music, because of its well-defined mathematical construct, are that of emotional and physical harmony (cenesthesia).

Matrix Games with Interval Payoffs

2019
In this chapter, flaws of the existing methods [3–7, 11] for solving matrix games (or two person zero sum games) with interval payoffs (matrix games in which payoffs are represented by intervals) are pointed out. To resolve these flaws, a new method (named as Gaurika method) is also proposed to obtain the optimal strategies as well as minimum expected ...

Concerning interval leslie matrix calculations

Linear and Multilinear Algebra, 1996
This paper gives computable bounds on population distributions obtained in demographic calculations using the Lesile matrix. Of particular interest is the case where the Leslie matrix varies with time.

Interval matrix models of design iteration

2010 International Conference on Electronics and Information Engineering, 2010
Engineering design and development of new products, which are either industrial products, technical innovations, hardware or software, often contain a very complex set of relationships among many coupled tasks. Controlling, redesigning and identifying features of these tasks can be usefully performed by a suitable model based on the design structure ...

Generalized Interval Valued Nonnegative Matrix Factorization

ICASSP 2019 - 2019 IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech and Signal Processing (ICASSP), 2019
In this paper, we propose a probabilistic model for analyzing the generalized interval valued matrix, a matrix that has scalar valued elements and bounded/unbounded interval valued elements. We derive a majorization minimization algorithm for parameter estimation and prove that the objective function is monotonically decreasing by the parameter update.

Interval operators of a function of which the Lipschitz matrix is an interval M-matrix

Computing, 1983
There are several interval iterations by applying interval operators which supply an interval sequence including all solutions of an equationf(x)=0 in a given intervalX0 and which require the knowledge of an interval Lipschitz matrixL off. In this paper statements are made about existence and convergence in case thatL is an intervalM-matrix.

Multiple spike-train analysis using mutual interval matrix

Journal of Neuroscience Methods, 1991
The principal-component approach is applied to the analysis of sequences of neuronal action potentials (spike trains). Multiple spike trains are represented as a sequence of vectors of mutual interspike intervals and are considered to be part of the trajectory of a dynamic system.
