ABSTRACT Background Cerebellar ataxia after pediatric brain tumor treatment can cause persistent gait, balance, and speech impairment, yet no established rehabilitation strategy exists. Somato‐cognitive coordination therapy (SCCT) is a virtual reality–guided intervention designed to promote sensorimotor integration through visually constrained reaching

Transmissibility of coronavirus disease 2019 in Chinese cities with different dynamics of imported cases [PDF]
Background Monitoring the reproduction number (Rt) of the disease could help determine whether there is sustained transmission in a population, but areas with similar epidemic trends could have different transmission dynamics given the risk from imported

Extremal Values of the Interval Number of a Graph [PDF]
The interval number $i( G )$ of a simple graph G is the smallest number t such that to each vertex in G there can be assigned a collection of at most t finite closed intervals on the real line so that there is an edge between vertices v and w in G if and only if some interval for v intersects some interval for w.

ABSTRACT Background Type 1 plasminogen deficiency (PLGD‐1) is an ultra‐rare autosomal recessive disorder caused by variants in the PLG gene and affects approximately 1.6 individuals per million. The condition is characterized by decreased plasminogen levels and impaired function, resulting in fibrin‐rich lesions on mucous membranes throughout the body.

A novel model for risk prediction of water inrush and its application in a tunnel in Xinjiang, China
Tunnel water inrush may not only cause hundreds of millions of economic losses and serious casualties, but also leads to a series of ecological and environmental problems such as the decline of groundwater level, soil salinization and surface vegetation ...

Number of zeros of interval polynomials
AbstractIn this paper, we develop a rigorous algorithm for counting the real interval zeros of polynomials with perturbed coefficients that lie within a given interval, without computing the roots of any polynomials. The result generalizes Sturm’s Theorem for counting the roots of univariate polynomials to univariate interval polynomials.

Application of the entropic coefficient for interval number optimization during interval assessment
In solving many statistical problems, the most precise choice of the distribution law of a random variable is required, the sample of which the authors observe. This choice requires the construction of an interval series. Therefore, the problem arises of
