Trial of a New Method of Intradermal Needle Insertion for Small Experimental Animals.

我々は鍼の臨床基礎研究の一環として慢性実験を行う過程において皮内鍼をマウスなどの実験用小動物に行った。様々な方法を試みた結果, 皮内鍼は太さ0.14mmの毫鍼の先に無鉤モスキート鉗子で波形に加工し, その頭を約1.5mm切り取って製作した。目的の場所の必要範囲を剃毛し, 留置部位をマーキングした実験用小動物の印位置の少し手前から27G注射針を用いて印の直下まで刺入した。皮内鍼は, あらかじめ注射針の先端から内腔に挿入しておき, 後方から長さを調整した太さ0.18mmのステンレス鍼で押し出して刺入する。本方法は鍼を皮内に容易に刺入でき, 確実に留置することが出来るため, マウスなどを始めとした実験用小動物に最適な皮内鍼刺入方法と考える。
