A case of intrahepatic bile duct stones associated with intrahepatic bile duct carcinoma is reported. The case was a 68-year-old man complaining of epigastralgia which was which was developed since 1988. The patient had undergone cholecystectomy in 1955. He was diagnosed to have intrahepatic bile duct stones and admitted to this hospital for operation.
