Exploring endometrial cancer in premenopausal women—A nationwide PremEnCa cohort study
Almost half of the cohort of EC in women ≤50 has obesity and the prognosis is generally excellent. Non‐endometrioid histology and advanced tumor stage were the strongest negative prognostic factors. Half of the deaths were due to non‐cancer causes, emphasizing the need for a focus on overall health.

Abstract figure legend This study mapped the age‐related trajectory of neuromuscular deterioration in 88 healthy females aged 18–80 years old. An accelerated reduction in neuromuscular function, primarily of peripheral muscular origin, coincided with the age of menopause onset.

Management of Ablation‐Refractory Atrial Fibrillation During Pregnancy
Development of new atrial fibrillation (AF) is uncommon in pregnancy with an incidence of 0.03%. The occurrence of drug‐refractory AF during pregnancy in individuals with structurally normal hearts is even rarer, and there are no reports of ablation‐refractory AF during pregnancy in the literature.
