ABSTRACT Objective To assess the feasibility and operative performance of a flexible fetoscope (FF) compared with a rigid fetoscope (RF) in the simulated management of twin‐to‐twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) with anterior placentation. Method A randomized, non‐blinded crossover trial was conducted during a national training session for fetal surgeons.

Patterns of menopausal hormone therapy dispensing over 15 years—A Swedish register‐based cohort study

In this Swedish register‐based cohort study, systemic menopausal hormone therapy dispensing decreased over 15 years, while local therapy increased. Age, cohort effects, and sociodemographic characteristics were associated with differences in dispensing patterns.
