Self‐Sintering Ionogel Binder for Flexible, Recyclable, and Healable Printed Giant Magnetoresistive Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Electronic waste has emerged as a major environmental challenge, driven by the massive consumption and a limited lifetime of modern electronic devices, stimulating the development of sustainable electronics. Here, an all‐biomaterial gelatin‐choline‐citric acid ([Ch][CA]) ionogel is developed as an active binder to realize self‐sintered ...

Intrinsic viscosity of polymers: From linear chains to dendrimers

open access: yes, 2012
We present a simple theory for the intrinsic viscosity of polymers of arbitrary architectures, based on a partially permeable sphere model. The model introduces two phenomenological functions, the drainage function κ(r) and the drag function ξ(r), which ...

NUMERICAL PATH-INTEGRATION CALCULATION OF TRANSPORT PROPERTIES OF STAR POLYMERS AND THETA-DLA AGGREGATES

open access: yesCondensed Matter Physics, 2002
Although the calculation of transport properties of complex-shaped particles (Smoluchowski rate constants for diffusion-limited reactions, Stokes friction coefficient, virial coefficients for conductivity, viscosity and other transport properties) is ...

Machine Learning‐Assisted Inverse Design of Soft and Multifunctional Hybrid Liquid Metal Composites

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A machine learning framework is presented for inverse design of synthesizable multifunctional composites containing both liquid metal and solid inclusions. By integrating physics‐based modeling, data‐driven prediction, and Bayesian optimization, the approach enables intelligent design of experiments to identify optimal compositions and realize these ...

Transfer Printing and Reconfiguration of Soft Electronics Using Digital Microfluidics and Laser Machining

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This paper presents a digital microfluidics‐based technique for transferring and reconfiguring soft nanomembranes. Laser‐machined nanothin membranes are picked up, transported, and aligned via tailored surface tension and the actuation of water droplets, enabling the development of flexible electronics, the integration of functional materials on 3D ...

Study of Intrinsic Viscosity and Flow Activation Energy of Some Polymers in Different Solvents

open access: yesمجلة النهرين للعلوم الهندسية, 2017
The intrinsic viscosity has been studied for several polymers which are used in some industrial applications, such as polyisobutylene of types Oppanol B150, 200, and 250 with different molecular weights of 2.5, 4.1 and 5.9 million g/mole, respectively ...

Near‐Infrared Light‐Driven Zn/Au Janus Micromotors for Multiplex SERS Detection of Anticancer Drugs

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Zn/Au Janus micromotors, propelled by thermophoretic effects under NIR light, function as active SERS platforms for single and multiplex detection of anticancer drugs. Their dynamic motion enhances analyte exchange at the Au interface, reducing saturation and competitive adsorption, thereby improving sensitivity and extending the linear detection range.

FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS IN THE VISTEX METHOD FOR THE DETERMINATION OF THE INTRINSIC VISCOSITY OF HIGH POLYMERS

open access: yes, 1949
The intrinsic "vistex" viscosities of several series of butadiene–styrene copolymers of varying conversion and average molecular weight, dissolved directly from the latex in the vistex solvent mixture (toluene–isopropanol, 80/20 by volume), have been ...

Biokomposit dari serat rami dan sekresi kutu lak termodifikasi dengan lateks terhidrasi dan tidak terhidrasi

open access: yesMajalah Kulit, Karet, dan Plastik, 2015
Biocomposites are composite materials comprising one or more phases derived from a biological origin. Biocomposite with natural matrix developed more rapidly because they are more environmentally safer.
