본 연구에서는 외상 경험으로 인해 기존의 핵심신념들이 붕괴된 이후 반추 과정을 거쳐 외상 후 성장 및 외상후 증상으로 가는 경로를 확인하고, 특히 침투적 반추가 숙고적 반추에 미치는 영향을 탈중심화가 조절하는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 성인 남녀 478명의 자기보고자료를 토대로 탈중심화의 조절효과를 포함한 외상후 성장 모델이 적합한지 살펴보기 위해 구조 방정식 모형 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과 첫째, 침투적 반추와 숙고적 반추의 관계를 탈중심화가 조절한다는 것을 확인하였다. 탈중심화 수준이 높은 사람들은 침투적 반추의 수준과 상관없이 숙고적 반추 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 핵심신념 붕괴가 침투적 및 숙고적 반추를

본 연구에서는 연인과의 이별이라는 대인관계적 외상 사건이 이별 후 성장으로 어떻게 연결될 수 있는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 외상 후 성장을 대표하는 이론인 외상 후 성장 모형을 기반으로 불안 애착, 침습적 반추, 의도적 반추, 이별 후 성장의 관계를 확인하였다. 또한, 불안 애착과 이별 후 성장 간의 관계에서 침습적 반추와 의도적 반추가 순차적으로 이중매개 하는지 알아보기 위한 이중매개모형을 검증하였다. 연인과 이별 경험이 있는 대학생 201명을 대상으로 불안 애착, 이별 후 성장, 침습적 반추, 그리고 의도적 반추를 측정하는 설문지를 실시하였으며, SPSS PROCESS MACRO를 사용하여 수집한 자료를 분석하였다.
