Framework for comprehensive enhancement of brain tumor images with single-window operation [PDF]
Usage of grayscale format of radiological images is proportionately more as compared to that of colored one. This format of medical image suffers from all the possibility of improper clinical inference which will lead to error-prone analysis in further ...

The knitting of wool is a complicated textile process that is driven by nonlinear interactions of yarn tension, loop creation, and needle dynamics. These interactions have a considerable impact on the quality of the fabric as well as the efficiency with which it is produced.

A Three‐Step Approach with Adaptive Additive Magnitude Selection for the Sharpening of Images
Aimed to find the additive magnitude automatically and adaptively, we propose a three‐step and model‐based approach for the sharpening of images in this paper. In the first pass, a Grey prediction model is applied to find a global maximal additive magnitude so that the condition of oversharpening in images to be sharpened can be avoided.

This study investigates the spectral and topological properties of rounded knot networks K2n, a helical extension of phenylene quadrilateral structures, through signless Laplacian spectral analysis. Motivated by the need to understand how helical topology influences network dynamics and robustness, we derive exact analytical expressions for three key ...

Neutrality and Many-Valued Logics [PDF]
In this book, we consider various many-valued logics: standard, linear, hyperbolic, parabolic, non-Archimedean, p-adic, interval, neutrosophic, etc. We survey also results which show the tree different proof-theoretic frameworks for many-valued logics, e.

Solving Lane-Emden equation using Pad´E approximation method / Najir Tokachil ... [et al.] [PDF]
The Lane-Emden equations are singular initial value problems associated with ordinary differential equations of the second order (ODEs), (Zhou, 1986). The equations have been used to model a variety of mathematical physics and astrophysics phenomena. The

Solving second order intuitionistic fuzzy differential equations by intuitionistic fuzzy Sumudu transform method [PDF]
In this work, the main finding associated with the intuitionistic fuzzy Sumudu transforms is proved in detail. Furthermore, the resolution of second-order intuitionistic fuzzy differential equations is investigated by means of the intuitionistic fuzzy ...

Similarity Metrics, Metrics, and Conditionally Negative Definite Functions [PDF]
We give an example of a similarity metric which is not positive definite, and present a general theorem which provides a large family of similarity metrics which are positive ...

Recent findings from numerical analysis in multi-criteria decision making [PDF]
Numerical investigations have shown, that different function profiles for the description of variants are possible. This should be taken into account for mapping of characteristic values on a dimensionless interval [1; 0] or [1; ~ 0].
