Correlation of Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets [PDF]
The correlation coefficient (Pearson's r) is one of the most frequently used tools in statistics. In this paper we propose a correlation coefficient of Atanassov's intuitionistic fuzzy sets (A-IFSs). It provides the strength of the relationship between A-IFSs and also shows if the considered sets are positively or negatively correlated.

Type-1 Fuzzy Sets and Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets [PDF]
A comparison between type-1 fuzzy sets (T1FSs) and intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) is made. The operators defined over IFSs that do not have analogues in T1FSs are shown, and such analogues are introduced whenever possible.

Systems on intuitionistic fuzzy special sets and intuitionistic fuzzy special measures [PDF]
On the base of the notions of intuitionistic fuzzy set (extension of the ordinary fuzzy set) [the reviewer, Fuzzy Sets Syst. 20, 87-96 (1986; Zbl 0631.03040)], intuitionistic fuzzy point, and intuitionistic fuzzy topological space [\textit{D. Clustering stock price volatility using intuitionistic fuzzy sets [PDF]
Clustering involves gathering a collection of objects into homogeneous groups or clusters, such that objects in the same cluster are more similar when compared to objects present in other groups.

On intuitionistic fuzzy version of Zadeh’s extension principle [PDF]
In this paper, by using ?-and ?-cuts approach and the intuitionistic fuzzy Zadeh’s extension principle, we have proved a result which reveals that the ?-and ?-cuts of an intuitionistic fuzzy number obtained by the intuitionistic fuzzy Zadeh’s extension ...

Four Distances for Circular Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets [PDF]
In the paper, for the first time, four distances for Circular Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets (C-IFSs) are defined. These sets are extensions of the standard IFS that are extensions of Zadeh’s fuzzy sets.

A random set and prototype theory interpretation of intuitionistic fuzzy sets [PDF]
An interpretation of intuitionistic fuzzy sets is proposed based on random set theory and prototype theory. The extension of fuzzy labels are modelled by lower and upper random set neighbourhoods, identifying those element of the universe within an ...

A parametric family of fuzzy similarity measures for intuitionistic fuzzy sets [PDF]
Measuring the similarity between two objects and classifying them on the basis of their resemblance level has been a fundamental tool of the human mind.

Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets in J-CO-QL + ? [PDF]
Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets extend the classical notion of Fuzzy Sets, so as to represent “hesitation”: indeed, an item has both a membership degree and a non-membership degree, whose sum could be less than 1; the difference denotes the “hesitation” about ...

Correlation of fuzzy sets [PDF]
When we deal with crisp data, it is very common to find the correlation between variables. Here, we propose a method to calculate the correlation coefficient for fuzzy data, but rather than defining the correlation on the intuitionistic fuzzy sets like ...
