Using Financial and Sustainability Ratios to Map Sectors. An Approach With Compositional Data
ABSTRACT The article aims to visualize in a single graph Spanish fish and meat processing companies with respect to solvency, energy, waste and water intensity and gender employment gap. These financial, environmental, and social indicators are ratios, which require specific statistical analysis methods.

Three sets of strength data were selected, including hydrostatic pressure independent within the brittle region (HPI‐B), hydrostatic pressure dependent within the brittle region (HPD‐B), and hydrostatic pressure dependent within the brittle–ductile region (HPD‐BD). For HPI type, the failure envelope within the deviatoric plane remains constant.

A novel shear‐lag model, validated by pull‐out tests, incorporates a constant bond stress stage to predict the complete load–displacement response of grouted rock bolts, providing a new tool for optimizing anchorage length and material toughness in deep underground engineering. Abstract The stability of rock masses in deep underground excavations, such

ABSTRACT Objectives Binge eating is the most common disordered eating behavior among pregnant women. This study examined the association of binge‐eating frequency with the presence of a self‐reported current preeclampsia diagnosis in a sample of U.S. military active‐duty Service women. Methods Active‐duty Service women (N = 134), 20–27 weeks gestation,

Published distribution data, while invaluable for understanding species' biogeography, often suffer from limitations such as dated and static representations of ranges, a bias toward latitudinal information, and lack of resolution in sampling frequency and variation in abundance throughout a species' distribution.

The distributional impact of social transfers in the European Union: evidence from the ECHP [PDF]
Social transfers vary enormously across the European Union, as has been demonstrated in earlier research. This paper analyses the comparative effects of these transfers on inequality and poverty, using consistent household data.

The synergy of solar and mechanical energy enables a self‐powered photoelectrochemical cathodic protection system, which enhances carrier separation for efficient and sustainable anticorrosion. Harnessing the synergy of solar and mechanical energy presents a potential strategy for high‐efficiency photoelectrochemical cathodic protection.
