Intracerebral Hemorrhage Induces Monocyte TNF Signaling in Patients That Is Suppressed by BAF312

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) causes high morbidity and mortality, with neurotoxic inflammation driven by infiltrating monocytes. This study is an in‐depth longitudinal examination of the immune response during the first week of ICH in the presence and absence of the immunomodulatory drug BAF312 (Siponimod).

Invariant Manifolds of Hypercyclic Vectors [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 1993
We show that any hypercyclic operator on Hilbert space has a dense, invariant linear manifold consisting, except for zero, entirely of hypercyclic vectors.

On Cohomological Decomposability of Almost-Kähler Structures [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
We study the J-invariant and J-anti-invariant cohomological subgroups of the de Rham cohomology of a compact manifold M endowed with an almost-K\"ahler structure (J, \omega, g).

Observer‐Based Adaptive Event‐Triggered Tracking Control for Fuzzy TS Systems With Premise Mismatch

open access: yesInternational Journal of Adaptive Control and Signal Processing, EarlyView.
This paper presents an adaptive logistic event‐triggered observer‐based tracking controller for Takagi‐Sugeno fuzzy systems under constrained inputs and network delays. Leveraging a hybrid LMI and Secretary Bird Optimization approach, this strategy significantly minimizes communication overhead and computational burden while ensuring optimal reference ...

dynoGP: Deep Gaussian Processes for Dynamic System Identification

open access: yesInternational Journal of Adaptive Control and Signal Processing, EarlyView.
This work introduces a novel class of deep models for system identification, dynamical deep Gaussian processes, which combine the strengths of data‐driven methods, such as those based on neural network architectures, with the ability to output a probability distribution for uncertainty representation.

Solitonical Inequality on Submanifolds in Trans-Sasakian Manifolds Coupled with a Slant Factor

open access: yesAxioms
In this article, we study the Ricci soliton on slant submanifolds of trans-Sasakian manifolds with a quarter symmetric non-metric connection. Moreover, we derive a lower-bound-type inequality for the slant submanifolds of trans-Sasakian manifolds with a ...

Black Holes have Intrinsic Scalar Curvature

open access: yesReports in Advances of Physical Sciences, 2023
The scalar curvature R is invariant under isometric symmetries (distance invariance) associated with metric spaces. Gravitational Riemannian manifolds are metric spaces.

An invariant of smooth 4–manifolds [PDF]

open access: yesGeometry & Topology, 1997
We define a diffeomorphism invariant of smooth 4-manifolds which we can estimate for many smoothings of R^4 and other smooth 4-manifolds. Using this invariant we can show that uncountably many smoothings of R^4 support no Stein structure. (Gompf has constructed uncountably many smoothings of R^4 which do support Stein structures.) Mechanochemical Synthesis and Characterization of Nanostructured ErB4 and NdB4 Rare‐Earth Tetraborides

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, Volume 27, Issue 6, March 2025.
ErB4 and NdB4 nanostructured powders are produced by mechanochemical synthesis. 5 h mechanical alloying and 4 M HCl acid leaching are used in the production. ErB4 and NdB4 powders exhibit maximum magnetization of 0.4726 emu g−1 accompanied with an antiferromagnetic‐to‐paramagnetic phase transition at about TN = 18 K and 0.132 emu g−1 with a maximum at ...

Consideration of Three-Dimensional Attitude and Position Control for a Free-Floating Rigid Body Using Three Thrusters

open access: yesInternational Journal of Aerospace Engineering, 2018
The study examines the control algorithm of a three-dimensional attitude and position of a free-floating rigid body with three thruster forces in which the force directions are fixed with respect to the body.
