Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Logarithmic Sobolev inequality for the invariant measure of the periodic Korteweg--de Vries equation. [PDF]
The periodic KdV equation arises from a Hamiltonian system with infinite-dimensional phase space L^2(T). Bourgain has shown that there exists a Gibbs measure \nu on balls in the phase space such that the Cauchy problem for KdV is well posed on the ...

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Multivariate measures of positive dependence [PDF]
In this paper a set of desirable properties for measures of positive dependence of ordered n-tuples of continuous random variables (n >= 2) is proposed and a class of multivariate positive dependence measures is introduced. We consider the comonotonicity

Patient‐derived organoids (PDOs) from pancreatic, colorectal, and gastric cancers were used to evaluate standard and experimental therapies. Incorporating cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) into organoid cultures improved patient therapy outcome prediction.

Invariant measures for random piecewise convex maps [PDF]
We establish the existence of Lebesgue-equivalent conservative and ergodic σ-finite invariant measures for a wide class of one-dimensional random maps consisting of piecewise convex maps.

Robustness regions for measures of risk aggregation
One of risk measures’ key purposes is to consistently rank and distinguish between different risk profiles. From a practical perspective, a risk measure should also be robust, that is, insensitive to small perturbations in input assumptions.

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Description of translation-invariant Gibbs measures on a Cayley tree of arbitrary order
A class of translation-invariant Gibbs measures for models with a continuum of spin values on a Cayley tree was examined. The results show that the problem of describing such measures reduces to studying positive solutions of a nonlinear integral ...

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.
