On model reduction for quantum dynamics: symmetries and invariant subspaces
Simulation of quantum dynamics is a grand challenge of computational physics. In this work we investigate methods for reducing the demands of such simulation by identifying reduced-order models for dynamics generated by parameterized quantum Hamiltonians.

Solid Harmonic Wavelet Bispectrum for Image Analysis
The Solid Harmonic Wavelet Bispectrum (SHWB), a rotation‐ and translation‐invariant descriptor that captures higher‐order (phase) correlations in signals, is introduced. Combining wavelet scattering, bispectral analysis, and group theory, SHWB achieves interpretable, data‐efficient representations and demonstrates competitive performance across texture,

An entity‐centric foundation model, GloPath, is introduced for comprehensive glomerular lesion assessment from routine renal biopsy images. Trained on over one million glomeruli, the framework enables robust lesion recognition, grading, and cross modality diag nosis, while uncovering large‐scale clinicopathological associations.

Operator equations and invariant subspaces
Banach space operators acting on some fixed space X are considered. If two such operators A and B verify the condition A2=B2 and if A has nontrivial hyperinvariant subspaces, then B has nontrivial invariant subspaces.

Probabilistic Perturbation Bounds for Invariant, Deflating and Singular Subspaces
In this paper, we derive new probabilistic bounds on the sensitivity of invariant subspaces, deflation subspaces and singular subspaces of matrices. The analysis exploits a unified method for deriving asymptotic perturbation bounds of the subspaces under

Rapid Proteome‐Wide Discovery of Protein–Protein Interactions With ppIRIS
ppIRIS is a lightweight deep learning framework for proteome‐wide protein–protein interaction prediction directly from sequence. By fusing evolutionary and structural embeddings with a regularized Siamese architecture, ppIRIS achieves state‐of‐the‐art accuracy across species, enables minute‐scale screening, and reveals biologically validated bacterial ...

On Pole Placement and Invariant Subspaces
The classical eigenvalue assignment problem is revisited in this note. We derive an analytic expression for pole placement which represents a slight generalization of the celebrated Bass-Gura and Ackermann formulae, and also is closely related to the ...
