Objectives To compare the underestimation of ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) vs DCIS with “possible invasion” at breast biopsy and to determine if any factors related to clinical indication, imaging abnormality, biopsy, or DCIS-grade affected the likelihood of underestimation.

ABHD17C‐mediated depalmitoylation of BCL6B at Cys442 blocks its nuclear import and triggers ubiquitin‐dependent degradation, attenuating transcriptional repression of the anti‐phagocytic signal CD24. This mechanism enables pancreatic cancer cells to evade macrophage phagocytosis and fosters an immunosuppressive microenvironment.

Hijacked and educated by HNSCC cells, HLA‐DR+ Schwann cells lost their normal neural‐related functions but acquired immunoregulatory phenotypes to promote CD4+ T cells transform into Tregs. HLA‐DR+ Schwann cells induced a macrophage subpopulation, Il1β.

Several investigators have identified Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) particles in breast carcinomas, a fact that supports a role for EBV in mammary tumorigenesis. The possible mechanism involved in this process is not clear.

SPADE integrates spatial transcriptomics with single‐cell RNA sequencing by using cell–cell communications (CCC) as a guide for spatial mapping. It improves cell‐type localization, enhances sparse gene‐expression signals, and reveals CCC programs at single‐spot resolution.

Invasive ductal carcinoma of breast with neuroendocrine differentiation: A case report
Primary invasive breast carcinoma with neuroendocrine differentiation is an uncommon presentation. We hereby report a case diagnosed as invasive ductal carcinoma with neuroendocrine differentiation in a 52‐year‐old female patient who presented with a ...

Stromal Regulation of Tumor Perineural Invasion: A Multicellular and Neuro‐Ecological Perspective
This review reframes perineural invasion (PNI) as a dynamic, multicellular process within the tumor–nerve–stromal ecosystem. The authors delineate how cancer‐associated fibroblasts, Schwann cells, and immune cells remodel the neural niche to facilitate tumor spread.

Lymph Node Metastasis Pattern and Influencing Factors in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Among 388 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who underwent curative resection, 144 (37.1%) developed lymph node metastasis. Upper thoracic tumors mainly involved upper mediastinal and upper right paratracheal nodes, whereas lower thoracic tumors more often involved paracardial and abdominal nodes.
