This study presents a DNA hydrogel‐mediated delivery system, in which ginsenoside (GS) molecules are incorporated into small extracellular vesicles (sEV) secreted by mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and the formed complexes are then anchored in DNA hydrogels via aptamer‐CD63 affinity as “GS/sEV@DNAgels”, to improve diabetic wound repair.

Structure–property–function mapping of polyelectrolytes reveals how composition and nanoscale order control on‐demand electrophoretic drug transport. Charge density quantified under implant‐relevant conditions shows that encapsulation limits swelling, enabling high effective charge density.

CRISPR/Cas13a‐CTAM as a novel compensatory target activation mechanism that enables synergistic activation of Cas13a via two independently editable short RNA effectors.
